Hi There! My name is Beth and I am a vegetarian. This blog documents my journey through weight loss, fine tuning my vegetarian diet, and becoming fit again.

While looking at many meal plans, I discovered that many are not vegetarian. The protein sources in the meals were chicken, turkey, or lean beef. I am going to redesign the healthy recipes I see with the vegetarian in mind.
